The stunning mountain views from the rooftop wellness area took my breath away. Relaxing in the panoramic warm swimming pool felt like a dream, with Dolomiti mountains in sight. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, offering an insane variety of options like personalized egg dishes and over a hundred types of cold cuts. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with separate shower and toilet rooms and easy balcony access. The staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a smooth experience during our stay. A few trivial issues arose, like the confusing light switches in the room that needed getting used to, and I hoped for an earlier opening time for the spa. It would also be great if the coffee setup during breakfast was more efficient, as refill waits were sometimes inconvenient. Nevertheless, my experience at this hotel was highly enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

Viel Nois was oh-so-close to being fantastic, yet the jacuzzi was too cold to use, absoluteley ridiculous! Also, those light switches are a labyrinth, I had to feel around like a blind man. And I certainly expected some kind of complimentary gesture, but alas, just another regular experience. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t.
